Thanks to all our Sponsors - we had an outstanding finals!
National Team - campers - Keith and Vicki were able to get Lee's acres to gurantee us 16 spots with full hookup (water, electric and sewer) The cost is $300. So those of you who drew those 16 spots will owe $120 more. If you could send the $ before July 10th, so I can deposit the $ prior to leaving for Nationals. As soon as we arrive, Lee's Acres will be paid for those 16 spots. - We have 2 families who drew onsite that would be willing to trade for Lee's if anyone at Lee's wants to move on-site.

Lee's Acres - Renee Hays, Kash Koester, Derek Creswell, Dillon Holder, Lane Wilhelm, Trent Davis, Micaela Carlile, Chance Cunningham, Josi Rae Eeds, Dusta Kimzey, Nikki Elam, Elli Price, Jamie Kiest, Brody Haynes, Dustin Searcy and CJ Sisco. You all have Electric, water and sewer.
Also a few comments from our finals - (awards)
1st - Todd Sloan Gift Certificates were given to all Event winners, the Queen and All-arounds. The contestants can order whatever they want with the certificate. The OHSRA paid for the basic saddle and if the kids want to upgrade or add other things they can at the expensive of themselves if not, then they order a saddle and it will arrive at there house
2nd - We did order Buckles from Bob Berg and they did arrive before the finals, however our directors did not think the buckles were completed the way they had designed and opted to send them back to have them corrected by Bob Berg. The Details of those transactions is between Bob Berg and the OHSRA directors. NO other parent involvement is needed.
We just wanted to clarify some facts (rumors) and as always if you don’t understand – just call a director. They are more than willing to answer the questions.

OHSRA BOARD NOTES:
OHSRA High School board meetings are the second Wednesday of each month at the IPRA office located in the Oklahoma City Stockyards District. Meetings start at 7:30 p.m. & everyone is welcome to attend. You are only allowed to express an opinion during the Public Forum. If you have something you would like to have addressed, please contact a board member and request time during the public forum. Only items on the agenda may be addressed.
Next Board Meeting will be at the IPRA office Wednesday July 8th
